Building on our market leading Trains with Brains&reg; solutions, these new developments &ndash; IntelliPan Network&reg; and Bridge Strikes Guardian &ndash; represent the latest step in our mission to deliver smarter, AI-enabled solutions that enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency across the network.<\/p><p>This year, Transmission Dynamics secured funding in two categories. In the AI for Complex Processes\ncategory, the company will deliver IntelliPan Network&reg;, a major step forward in overhead line monitoring.\nBuilding on the proven capability of the multi-award-winning PANDAS-V&reg; pantograph and OLE monitoring\nsystem, IntelliPan Network&reg; will combine advanced sensors with onboard AI to provide real-time detection,\nautomated decision-making, and protective actions. This integrated approach will allow faster interventions,\nreduce risk, and minimise disruption to passenger and freight services.<\/p><p>In the Bridge Strikes category, Transmission Dynamics will develop Bridge Strikes Guardian, a next-\ngeneration monitoring and integrity assessment system designed to reduce the impact of the UK&rsquo;s 1,500+\nannual bridge strikes. Unlike traditional solutions, Bridge Strikes Guardian requires no civil works and can\nbe rapidly deployed across both urban and remote locations. Applicable to road-over-rail and rail-over-road\nbridges alike, it will provide continuous monitoring and reporting to help prevent structural damage, improve\nsafety, and cut disruption-related costs.<\/p><p>This success follows Transmission Dynamics&rsquo; earlier FOAK achievement in 2022 with its Trains with\nBrains&reg; IIoT project. That initiative integrated data from multiple train-borne monitoring systems into\nNetwork Rail&rsquo;s planning processes and is now deployed on routinely operating trains.<\/p><p>Jarek Rosinski, Executive Chairman of Transmission Dynamics, said:<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"> \n<p>&ldquo;Our involvement in FOAK 2025 with not just one, but two projects is a real endorsement of our team&rsquo;s\ncommitment to solving some of the rail industry&rsquo;s most pressing challenges.
