We provide high-performance monitoring solutions for some of the world&rsquo;s most demanding environments, enabling our clients to recover critical in-service load information with precision and reliability.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Opportunity<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to increasing demand for our services, we are looking for a talented Electronics Engineers to join our team. You will work alongside electronics designers, mechanical engineers and software developers. You will research and develop cutting-edge hardware functionality for our range of electronic instrumentation, scaling from bespoke systems for one-off projects, to production runs of 1,000s of units. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role requires full project ownership, from inception through to completion, including testing, manufacture, installation, and product documentation. You will have a strong interest in keeping up to date with the latest technological advances, and how they can improve our products.&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Skills\/Experience&nbsp;<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Electronics Engineering, or other relevant field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent understanding of digital electronics and microcontrollers, UARTs (especially USB and SPI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good skills or experience with analogue\/mixed signal electronics design, signal conditioning and processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills or experience with RF\/microwave electronics design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prototype hands-on, including fault-finding and soldering.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desirable Skills\/Experience&nbsp;<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working knowledge of signal processing (including theory); ability to implement in hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some skills or experience with embedded software development, including C and Java<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience or familiarity with electronics CAD software (such as Proteus) for schematic capture, PCB layout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience or familiarity with large-scale mechanical systems, such as gearboxes and drivetrains.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ideal candidate will be talented, passionate and hard-working, with great intuition for real-world engineering problem solving.
